This centrally located and partially lakefront community contains about 155 homes.

Comstock Park is located on the northeastern side of Lake Osceola and about a mile northeast of downtown Winter Park Fl. For those outside the area, this is about 5 1/2 miles north of downtown Orlando Fl. This is a large community with a variety of housing and definitely not the routine subdivisions you see in so many parts of Florida. The yard sizes and shapes vary as does the size of the home. There are multi-million dollar homes here and homes that are more affordable to the bulk of potential Winter Park home buyers.
