Branch Tree is located on Howell Road just south of Park Maitland Villas. The sign above is not very large but noticeable if you are looking for it. The community is not gated and has a lot of mature trees making it a pleasure to drive through just like a lot of Maitland communities. The homes here were built from 1983 to 1985 and all of them are of the duplex style. For those who do not know a duplex is simply two homes that share a common interior wall which cuts down on both building expenses and utilities.
